Balanced offense gets Linn a win in season opener

The Linn Bulldogs opened their 2026 season with a dominating 52-6 victory over the Lakeside Knights on Friday. The Bulldog offense was able to accumulate over 400 yards led by the balanced effort QB Greyson Ohlde and 3 touchdowns from running back Conrad Winter.

Ohlde was 9 of 14 for 122 yards and 3 touchdowns through the air, 2 going to Cash Stunkel and another to Maverik Klima. Grayson added 139 rushing yards and another score. Tack on the power running of Conrad Winter who earned 113 yards and 3 touchdowns and the Bulldogs would move to 1-0 on the season.

Next up for Linn will be a primed and ready Clifton-Clyde team looking to get on the winning track after falling in week 1 to Axtell.

The Bulldogs forced 3 turnovers in this game, something they will hope to continue into next week and throughout the season in tough TVL play this year.
