Behind 130 yards from Adams, Frankfort survives a late Lyndon charge to get the victory.

The Frankfort Wildcats came into week 2 with a renewed focus and ready take down the Lyndon Tigers on Friday night in a 36-26 victory that saw Lyndon shut down for the majority of the first half.

It was the rushing combination of Henry Ketter and Peyton Adams with over 200 yards and 3 touchdowns that kept Frankfort in control of this game early, keeping control of the ball and working clock well. Ketter was able to connect on 2 more passing touchdowns, one to Peyton Adams and the other to Kyle Parthemer as the Wildcats showed terrific distribution of the ball offensively.

Things did get a little shaky late defensively as the Wildcats allowed 14 fourth quarter points but with the big lead Frankfort would survive moving to 2-0 on the young season and giving Frankfort big momentum as they head into a week 3 game with Stanton County next Saturday. The Trojans fell to Cair Paravel 60-14 in week 2 and have yet to pick up a win in this early season.
