Smith's double digit K game and the Wildcat base stealers lead Frankfort to a pair of wins

Frankfort's Ty Smith struck out 11 batters as Frankfort ran past Centralia 9-2. Smith surrendered five hits and two runs over seven innings while walking four.
After Centralia struck first capitalizing on a Frankfort error, the Wildcats jumped back into the lead in the top of the second inning with Gage Wanklyn walking Landon Schreiner with a sacrifice fly, and Trent Hardin grounding out, each scoring a run.
Henry Heideman took the loss for the Panthers. Heidman went six innings, giving up five runs (three earned) on four hits, striking out six and walking three.
Gage Wanklyn, Frankfort led the way with two RBI. The left fielder went 2-for-3 on the day.. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, walking six for the game. Wanklyn stole two bases, Frankfort took 6 in the game.
Following Smith's stellar day on the mound he now has 20 K's on the year.
In game 2, Frankfort would continue the big hitting day, but in a much more competitive game.
Centralia was the first to get on the board in the first when Ben Haverkamp singled, scoring one run. Frankfort got in the driver's seat in the top of the second when an error scored one run, and Carter Olson singled, scoring two runs to make it 3-1
Frankfort added one run in the third. Lane Loiseau singled to center field, to push the lead to 3 runs after 3.
Centralia tied the game up in the bottom of the fourth thanks to two errors.
A ground out by Henry Ketter gave Frankfort the lead, 5-4, in the top of the seventh.
Frankfort flipped the game on its head in the top of the ninth, scoring six runs on four hits to take the lead, 11-5. The biggest blow in the inning was an error that drove in two.
Wes Anderson earned the win for Frankfort. Anderson allowed four hits and four runs (three earned) over five innings, striking out six and walking two. Lane Loiseau began the game for Frankfort. Lane surrendered one hit and four runs (one earned) over four innings, striking out six and walking five. Ben Haverkamp started on the hill for Centralia The pitcher gave up three hits and four runs (zero earned) over three innings, striking out five and walking one.
Wes Anderson and Lane Loiseau each collected two hits for Frankfort while Peyton Adams, Wes Anderson, Henry Ketter, Carter Olson, and Ty Smith each stole multiple bases leading Frankfort to an astounding 16 bases stolen in the game in the 11-8 win.
